Choose the Unlimited Flat Rate
plan and you'll be able to make "unlimited" conference calls, 24 hours
a day for one flat monthly rate.
Our system is automated so you can conduct your conference call
without making a reservation or using an operator.
All parties dial-in to your assigned access number at the
designated conference time you've arranged with your participants.
When the assigned access number is dialed, our automated system
will answer and prompt the conferees to enter their PIN code, followed
by the pound (#) sign.
- Name
Announce Feature
- As an option,
you can request that the 'name announce'
feature be enabled on your account. Once 'name announce' is enabled,
when the participant logs into the conference, he/she will be asked
to say their name. Our system records the name.
The 'leader' can use then use a keypad command
[# 8] and hear a
private
roll call of who has logged in.
- Beep Tones
Feature
- A
single
beep indicates someone has joined the conference.
A
double
beep indicates someone has left the conference.
During the
course of the conference, you may hear beeps.
(This is an 'optional' feature and can be enabled or disabled)
- Auto Hang
Up Feature
- With this
feature enabled, once the
moderator
or leader hangs up from the conference, the entire call is
disconnected. Optionally, you can disable this feature so that the
conference can continue even after the moderator hangs up.
Music On Hold - Until the
leader logs in to the conference, the participants who have arrived
early, will hear music. The music stops when the leader logs in.
Additional Automated Commands Available:
* 2 To record/playback - Enables you to record the conference
* 4 Raise volume - Moderator may raise volume level for all
* 5 Lecture Mode - Mutes all conferees lines except moderator
* 6 Individual Mute - Allows participants to mute their line
* 8 The Moderator hears a count of the participants at any time
How do you get this service ?
Simply complete the sign up form, Flat Rate Plan.
Your account will be activated and user instructions emailed to you.
Your activation email will contain a list of all available keypad
commands, your dial-in access number, a PIN for the moderator/leader
and a separate PIN for the participants.
