Can we record a conference call and if so, at what cost ?
- Yes,
our system will permit you to record conferences at no addition
cost.
The record feature is automatically
included in your account. User instructions will show how to easily
record a conference for later play back. Callers can call-in and
listen to the recorded conference call at no additional cost.
In addition, you can request that the
conference call be extracted from the system and burned to a CD and
postal mailed or FTP'd to you. This is available at additional cost.

Can my conference call participants located in Canada dial-in "toll
free" ?
- Yes,
your participants located in Canada can dial-in to your conference
call using the assigned toll free number -
so it's
Toll Free from Canada
as well as the U.S.

Can I Sign Up for the 'Toll Free' Bucket of Minutes Plan even though
I am located in Canada ?
- Yes,
your account will work the same no matter if you are located in
Canada or the U.S.

How can I find out how many participants are on the conference call
?
- Our
system will tell the "moderator" or leader how many conferees are on
the conference call by entering [* 8] on the keypad. Only the
moderator will hear this message. This can be done at any time
during the conference. This query can be done as many times as
desired.

How do I pay for the service ?
- We
can bill your usage to a personal or corporate credit card or you
can elect to be invoiced on an open account basis. If you choose a
flat rate plan, it is billed to a credit card in advance based on
the size of the plan you choose. See the Flat

How do I know the line quality of your service is good ?
- We
have always used state-of-the-art conferencing bridges. We utilize
AT&T digital lines. You can be assured that our multiple
conferencing bridges are seasoned and work very well. We guarantee
you will like our service and find it a valuable tool for your
business.

What can I do if some of my conferees have noise on their end of the
call ?
- If
you have participants that are accessing your conference call from a
telephone that has some form of background noise, you can either
'mute' all lines except your own moderator line by pressing [* 5] or
ask the offending conferee to mute his/her line. They would enter [*
6] to mute their individual phone line until they wanted to speak.

Is there a term commitment for the account or can I cancel at any
time ?
- The
Unlimited Flat Rate Plans are on a month to month basis and billed
in advance, so you can simply call customer service and inform them
that you want to cancel at the end of the month.

Is there a way to increase the sound volume on a conference call ?
- Yes,
the leader or moderator can enter [* 4] on the phone keypad. This
will immediately apply 'gain' (volume) to all lines in the
conference call.

Is your system "full duplex" ?
- Yes
absolutely, our platform allows you the ability to speak
simultaneously with another caller without any clipping or
degradation of the sound.

As the moderator, can I mute all of the conferees lines ?
- Yes,
enter (* 5) as the moderator and all conferees lines will be muted,
this is then called "lecture" mode.

Can the conferees mute their own lines ?
- Yes,
the participants can enter (* 6) to mute their phone and just
listen.
